The South Florida Wedding Bar Guide: From Miami to the Keys

South Florida weddings are gorgeous and unforgiving. Between the heat, the open-air venues, and the cross-cultural guest lists, the bar has to do real work.

Plan for two clocks: the sun and the dance floor. Cocktail hour at 5pm calls for something refreshing and low ABV — think a tall spritz or a citrus highball. After dinner the energy shifts; that's when you bring out the smoky, spirit-forward signatures.

Two signatures are better than ten. A signature 'for him,' 'for her,' or simply 'for the couple' tells your story and dramatically reduces guest decision fatigue. We pair them with a curated short list of classics for everyone else.

Ice is a logistics problem, not a detail. For 150 guests in Miami in July, plan on roughly 1.5 lbs of ice per person. We bring our own dedicated ice supply for every event over 80 guests.
